If you are here reading this as a normal reader you probably know I am in training to be a law library director at some point in the future. I'm about 7 months from having my MLIS and I already have my JD, in about 15 months I will have 5 years full time experience and can add about 7 other years of library part time or student worker to the tally. So I am really close to the minimums for most of these jobs. This post is basically a tool for me (and for you if you want to use it)to track some of the open positions and turnover in the subset of the profession I want to join. I realize that I am much more in tune with jobs in the Southeast since that is where I am and that is where I would prefer to stay BUT I want to track all positions if I can.
