Baseball recruits / commits

Tomorrow is a big day for MSU baseball fans, no we are not going to the College World Series, congrats Southern Miss, but tomorrow is the start of the MLB Draft. This can well determine which recruits we will get to campus in the fall and which we won't. So far new head baseball coach for MSU John Cohen has been tearing up the recruiting for next years baseball team, below are the commitments to this point. This huge number of recruits means a couple of different things to me: 1. we aren't expecting to get all these guys b/c some are going to be drafted, 2. not everyone we saw in Bulldog uniform last year is coming back (including underclassmen), & 3. if they want to come it will be a free for all at every position, may the best man win the position. I absolutely love the #3 here as it makes everyone push and try to get better every practice and every game. So here is the list, I'll try and update it when we know more.

* also I'll apologize for the kinda strange ordering here, it makes sense to me but with a mix of positions, alpha and HS/JC no real solution stuck out to me

** also in reading about some of these guys it is clear that Coach Cohen is looking at bringing some serious speed to the Bulldogs
